Arthur brings an unusually varied background to his real estate business. To many people he is still Dr. M, having been their primary care physician for 10 years, including his partner's family. To others he was a trusted financial advisor while at Morgan Stanley, to others a pastor and spiritual leader.
Because of his background Arthur's business is strongly people-centered, characterized by compassion, patience, confidentiality and above all, dedication to his clients within the confines of absolute honesty. He has established relationships with many lenders, mortgage brokers, insurance agents and title company professionals who are readily available to add value to client transactions.

In addition to assisting clients with buying or selling their residence, Arthur has successfully negotiated the purchase and sale of numerous vacant parcels of land and homes with buildable land.
Current development and building projects include homes, town homes and condominiums in Hillsboro, Portland, Clackamas and Gresham, Oregon and Vancouver and Camas, Washington.
Having lived in Portland since 1988, Arthur possesses a keen sense of local markets, home and land values, knowledge of the general principles of investment and finance and a style governed by integrity that consistently creates satisfied clients and a good night's sleep.
When not engaged in client-related business Arthur is likely to be found jogging on Powell Butte, studying Chinese at Portland State University, reading the classics and staying in touch with his three sons, 5 siblings and parents, who are spread out from China to Boston, from Georgia to Washington to California. He may also at times be found listening to some of his favorite local blues musicians.

Over more than 15 years Dennis has successfully assisted hundreds of home sellers and buyers in the greater Portland area. He also has had significant experience in land acquisition, brokering transactions for multiple projects ranging from two to fifty lots.
His experience also includes negotiating numerous commercial land and business sales, transactions, which often included assisting the seller in locating an appropriate 1031-Exchange property.

During the more than 15 years that Dennis has been involved in real estate, he has developed longstanding relationships with many developers, builders, civil engineers, bankers, appraisers and other auxiliary professionals.
Current business includes commercial projects along SE 82nd avenue and new homes on the southwest side of Powell Butte. Current residential development and building projects include homes, town homes and condominiums in Hillsboro, Portland, Clackamas and Gresham, Oregon and Vancouver and Camas, Washington.
Dennis is a long-term Oregonian having lived in Portland for more than 40 years. He is a graduate of David Douglas High School, married for 20 years to his lovely wife Robin, proud father of 4 children and doting grandfather of 8. He is an avid sports fan, player and coach. His favorite leisure time activities include relaxing with his family and playing golf, softball and basketball as well as coaching a girls' fast pitch softball team.
Whether at work or play personal values must always govern activities, negotiations, transactions, business associations and personal interactions. For Dennis the highest values are honesty and loyalty.
